Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Days of Tumult online purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund. If you wish to cancel and return your order, you can start the return process within 14 days of receiving our products.

What should I do if I want to return an item?

If you want to return a product, send an email to: info@daysoftumult.com
We will then send you a return link with which you can create a return label. Every step is clearly explained in order to make this process as smooth as possible.
  1. Click on the return link in the email.
  2. Pack and securely seal our products in the original package. We packed your items with attention for detail in our studio and we kindly ask you to handle it with care. 
  3. Send it to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.

How much are the return costs?

Return items must be received by Days of Tumult within 14 days of notifying and any return shipping costs are incurred at the expense of the customer. Return shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

How long does it take to refund my money?

_When we receive your return at our studio it can take up to 10 working days to process your return. Our system uses the same payment method with which you made your payment to refund you. It is therefore not possible to change payment details.
_It can take up to 2 working days for the money to be transferred back into your account. We have the right to deny credits if the products returned do not meet our return policy requirements.

The return period of 14 days has expired, can I still return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately not. If there is a special reason you did not return your item(s) within the 14-day return period, please contact info@daysoftumult.com before returning your order so we can find a solution together.

My product is delivered faulty and/or with damage, what now?

When your item is delivered faulty or damaged please notify us within 48 hours from date of receipt. You can send an email to info@daysoftumult.com
We will contact you about the return policy.

How to handle return items?

_All products returned must be unused and unwashed.
_Return items should be returned in their original Days of Tumult unbroken packaging. We packed your items with attention for detail in our studio and we kindly ask you to handle it with care.

What about import tax / duty?

We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the EU.
